Service & Acceptance

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from our armory, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all collectors, artisans, and browsers of the forge.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the artistic designs of our blades.

Modifications

Prices for our custom steel are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue specific blade series without notice.

Age of Consent

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the legal age required to purchase edged tools in your jurisdiction of residence.

Legal Compliance

You may not use our blades for any illegal purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including knife carry and ownership regulations).

Metallurgical Integrity

We strive for metallurgical excellence, yet digital inaccuracies regarding steel patterns or handle grains may occur.

Accuracy of Billing: We reserve the right to refuse any acquisition. We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order for limited edition drops.
Errors & Omissions: Occasionally there may be information that contains typographical errors relating to steel composition, HRC ratings, or availability.
Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information or cancel orders if any armory data is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
Damascus Patterning: Every blade is unique. Images are representative; the specific grain and “fingerprint” of your steel will vary as a hallmark of true craftsmanship.

Intellectual Property

The visual and structural elements of KenyStones Blades are the exclusive property of our forge and master smiths.

Blade Designs & Trademarks All blade geometries, logos, and etched branding are proprietary assets.

Protected

Collector Feedback We may, without restriction, utilize any design feedback or reviews you forward to the forge.

License

Third-Party Metallurgy Links to external steel providers or testing labs are provided “as is” without warranties.

Liability & Governance

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that your access to our digital armory will be error-free. The service and all blades are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation of performance beyond documented specifications.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall KenyStones Blades, our master smiths, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our tools.

Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements for custom work shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary forge is established.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KenyStones Blades and our smiths from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any weapon laws.
