Forge Dispatch & Handling

Every blade undergoes a final edge alignment, microscopic inspection, and deep-oil corrosive treatment before being sealed. We prioritize integrity over speed.

Verification & Compliance

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are processed same-day. Legal Check: We verify destination knife laws; if a model is restricted in your region, dispatch may be paused for consultation.

Address Integrity

For high-value armory shipments, we cannot re-route packages. Billing and Shipping addresses must match for all first-time acquisitions.

Full Transit Insurance

All blades are insured for their 100% replacement value. Liability transfers to the recipient upon a confirmed signature at the destination.

Discreet Packaging

To prevent theft, our outer shipping cartons are entirely anonymous, bearing no reference to knives, weapons, or “Blades.”

Secure Delivery Protocols

The chain of custody for edged tools is strictly managed. We employ elite logistics partners to ensure safe passage.

Mandatory Adult Signature: A direct signature from an adult (21+) is required. Carriers are forbidden from leaving packages in “safe places” or with unauthorized neighbors.
Customs Clearance: For international orders, KenyStones is not responsible for local import duties or delays caused by customs metallurgy inspections.
Refusal of Damaged Goods: If the security seal is tampered with or the carton is punctured, REFUSE the delivery. Once signed for, the insurance for physical damage expires.
Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the blade will be returned to our vault. A re-stocking and re-dispatch fee of $75 USD will apply.

Armory Return Policy

We offer a 14-day inspection window. However, because steel “remembers” use, our conditions for return are exceptionally high.

Edge & Finish Integrity Must be unused, unsharpened, and free of any patina or micro-scratches.

Critical

Exempted from Return Custom engravings, bespoke blade shapes, and kitchen series used on food.

Final Sale

Packaging Protocol Must include the original collector box, COA, and edge protector.

RMA Process (Armory Authorization)

Contact our concierge to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Submit high-resolution photos of both sides of the blade and the tip.
Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid insured shipping label.
The blade must be returned within 72 hours of receiving the label.

*Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the forge intake.

Refund Mechanics

Metallurgical Inspection

Upon return, our master bladesmiths perform a 10-point inspection including tip alignment, edge symmetry, and handle stability. This forensic process takes 5 business days.

Restoration Fees

We offer 100% value as Store Credit. For original payment refunds, a 15% re-oiling and quality control fee is deducted. If the edge has been used, the return will be rejected or a 30% regrinding fee applied.

International Settlements

Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. KenyStones is not responsible for losses incurred via mid-market exchange rate fluctuations during the return cycle.
